I have joined many agencies both in the Midlands and in London and some agencies have not done this....something which I can hardly believe.
The staff are lovely and are always at the end of the phone should you need them,if you have to leave a message, the call back is always very prompt. I would highly recommend East Midlands Nannies and have been placed in a temp summer nanny job and a maternity nanny job with them over the last few weeks.
